After thinking I didn\u2019t have anything interesting to offer, I\u2019ve realized that my love of the holidays and of decorating my home to make it special for my loved ones was perhaps worthy of being shared, especially if you, like me, love your home the most when it\u2019s all decked for Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here, I want to share all things that make me feel happy, cozy, nostalgic, and everything that makes life a little bit more magical. While I\u2019ve been obsessed with decorating for a while, it has not always been the case. I developed this interest after a period of grief when I realized that the first things that made me feel excited again were Christmas lights and nostalgic holiday movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So if you are like me, you love the excitement surrounding your favourite holiday, you constantly ask \u201cIs it Christmas yet?\u201d months in advance, you get butterflies of excitement when you see seasonal decor hit the shelves, and you get this warm cozy feeling every time you watch those holiday movies you\u2019ve already seen a hundred times. Here, you\u2019ll find decor ideas, including new, old and homemade as well as everything that will help create magical times and memories for your family. I love new decor, but I\u2019m very selective and don\u2019t buy a large amount. Instead, I much prefer reusing my collection, digging through the archives (my mom\u2019s collection) or creating new pieces. I love to crochet and I have created items that I will cherish forever. I have now created quite the collection of doilies, ornaments, cat toys, garlands, and Christmas stockings and cannot wait to share them with you in the hope that you will find them inspiring too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
